Shipping:
We use United
States Priority Postal Service for plants
and all items produced here at the farm.
Plants are shipped only on Monday's and Tuesday's, this is to prevent
them sitting in a hot or cold warehouse or truck over the weekend.
Our first item in the shopping cart: $7.90, then
each added item is .65 each.
Why
are your items more expensive on different sites?
Etsy, Ebay, 1000markets, I pay commission for the
sale. For example the most expensive is Local Harvest
taking about 21% of the sale.
Can I shop at your greenhouse?
Even though I would love to meet our customers, we are
not zone for retail sales. Not to ruin a
good thing, I must abide by our township rules and regulations.
BUT, we do allow LOCAL
PICK-UP.
Pick up customers must have completed the checkout process
and prepay in full prior to pick up. Upon check-out choose
pick-up option under Ohio so you will not
be charged shipping. We will then email you
when order is ready.
Do you accept
phone orders?
Verbal orders can cause shipping errors. In order to avoid
these types of errors, we strongly urge you to place your
orders in writing. For your convenience, we will provide you
with an order form. Our shopping cart allows for
mailing checks.
Your written order will guarantee you will be shipped what
you ordered. Of course, we will continue to accept verbal
orders, if this is your preferred method of communicating.
However, shipment errors resulting from orders taken
verbally and not confirmed by you in writing will be at
your expense.
When will my credit card be charged?
Not until your order is shipped out.
What is your minimum order? $20.00.
What size are your plants?
Plants are grown in 3 1/2 inch containers,
with a wonderful root system. To save
shipping charges for our customers, we routinely give
haircuts, so that plants can be shipped in flat rate boxes.
Our plants truly enjoy this extra attention, and will be
bursting with new growth with-in 2 weeks of arrival -
weather permitting.
Do you
allow returns?
YES,
but you must respond
within 48 hours of receiving order in case of problems by
PHONE ONLY ~ or
email me with the problem and I will call you. Plants must be
open upon delivery!
YOU HAVE SEVEN DAYS TO RETURN ITEMS. WE DO NOT REFUND
SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUNDS WILL BE MONEY BACK, LESS
COST OF SHIPPING ITEMS TO YOU. IF ITEMS HAVE
FREE SHIPPING or lower shipping then actually charged, WE DO NOT RETURN ACTUAL SHIPPING COST to you
and will give proof of the cost if necessary. The
original receipt and un-open packages, only.
How long have you been in business? Our family has been in the green industry for over 100

Do you require prepayment?
Yes, before we ship.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover
American Express and
Paypal.
Private Policy
We will not sell, rent, or exchange your telephone number,
postal or e-mail addresses. Our promise to you is that we
will never sell, dissect, decimate, share, or trade your
information. We do not research your buying habits, we do
not sell your buying habits, and most of all we do not
transfer your online purchasing and personal information
onto any other machine. Everything you have given us stays
with us......period
•When you subscribe to any of our e-mail communications or
newsletters, your e-mail address will be stored on a third
party server. You may completely remove your name from this
by un-subscribing at anytime
•If you checkout through our online shopping cart through
the use of an account which you have previously setup, our
systems will retain only your shipping and billing

is saved only through your instruction.
•When you add items to your shopping cart a "product
identifier" cookie is placed on your computer to remember
the items added to your cart so when you come back at a
later time they will still be there.
•We monitor our web logs by employing the use of "stat
counters" which assist us in determining possible page
incompatibilities, dead links, the most useful pages to our
customers, and to help us create richer content. We do not
store information about YOU but rather we track information
on the performance of our website, and the only identifiable
information recorded is your computers IP address. This tool
is solely used to help us improve the content of the site.
